 A well balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz varietals with fine tannins and berry characters. Fermented on skins, gently crushed and finished with a combination of French and American oak. This silky smooth red is infused with natural botanicals to replace the use of sulphites in the wine making process. Will cellar for 10 to 15 years.
