The Côtes-du-Rhône is a welcoming wine, as warm as the southern climate. We advise you to try it with cold cuts, roasted or grilled meats, cheeses, or even chicken on the spit.
Variety:
Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah. Grenache represents at least 40% of the blend. Then, the other varietals are used in different proportions to get an harmonious result. Cinsault gives finesse, Syrah fruity and spicy notes whereas Carignan helps balance the whole thing.
