Lemon in colour, the MadFish Pinot Gris boasts aromas of pear drop, lemon grass and honeysuckle. The palate reveals flavours of rock melon, almond meal, and steely minerality. The texture is silky and supple, the acidity lively. The finish is dry and crisp with a lasting grapefruit and lime note.
