Gipsie Jack Chardonnay (12 per case)

Chardonnay is the latest white varietal to be added to the Gipsie Jack range. Single vineyard, small volume, great flavour.

TASTING NOTES

The palate is textured and balanced due to lees contact and the barrel ageing process, but still holding good acidity to give a nice clean finish.

This medium bodied wine is dry with a slight hint of oak. Flavours of pear, green apple, hints of citrus and subtle apricot, along with a touch of honeysuckle.

Makes an ideal match with matured cheese, Thai / Asian food.
