 Eldredge wines are produced from 100% Clare Valley fruit, our focus being to create affordable wines of premium high quality that reflect not only our character, but also that of the wonderfully unique Clare Valley.

TASTING NOTES

Mysterious dark berries and forbidden spices give this wine an intense flavour with an elegant finish. A very forward bouquet of vanilla, toast, blackberry jam and eucalypt.

It’s big bold and plush, with generous fruit, balanced by the vanillin oak.  An exciting wine that has great cellaring potential.

FOOD PAIRING

A great match for steak, pork, lamb as well as fattier fish like salmon. Foods with rich sauces and delicious red meat casseroles.
