Curator Wine Co Marananga Cabernet Sauvignon (6 per case)
Our philosophy is to curate the finest wines from the Barossa's most exclusive sub-regions.
Belonging to the original Curator range, this Marananga Cabernet Sauvignon was estate grown and hand-picked, open fermented and basket pressed into only French oak, 55% new with the remaining percentage aged in second fill French oak for 24 months. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
TASTING NOTES
Impressively ripe and fragrant, the bouquet shows creme de cassis, dark plum, cocoa and cedar characters with a hint of tobacco complexity. The palate is concentrated and mouthfilling with fine texture and polished tannins, offering excellent structure and length. Stylish and immensely appealing.
