Dark red with purple edges. Aromas of spices plums, dark cherries, cloves and cracked pepper. Dark fruits and chocolate on the palate which finishes with mouth coating tannins.

NOSE

Aromas of spiced plums, dark cherries, cloves and cracked black pepper and a hint of chocolate.

PALATE

The palate shows dark fruits and chocolate and finishes with mouth coating tannins.

WINE MAKING

The Nook Shiraz is an excellent example of a Heathcote Shiraz. Intensely coloured and perfumed with blood plums and cracked black pepper. Wines in the Regional range are selected for the suitability of that region.

FOOD PAIRING

Excellent for everyday drinking, so have it with favourites such as spaghetti Bolognese or a rump steak.
