Buller Wines RLB Range Cabernet Sauvignon (12 per case)

Totally opaque black heart with a deep dark red black hue. The nose offers up aromas of blackcurrant infused with black olive followed by dusty earth, cedar and spicy tobacco notes. Rich blackcurrant fruits overlay a back drop of black olive, toasty oak, spicy tobacco and bay leaf characters. Firmish tannins give the back palate some grip and result in a robust aftertaste.

Black currant and cherry dominate the nose with hints of peppermint fragrances.

PALATE

Ripe and full bodied flavours of dark fruits, cherry and blackcurrants dominate the palate with a dry, upfront tannin structure.

FOOD PAIRING

The classic pairing with Cabernet Sauvignon is lamb, but for something a little different match our RLB Cabernet Sauvignon with a big bowl of rich, dark, slow cooked rabbit, with wild rice.
