Bromley Pinot Noir (12 per case)

The fruit from Bromley Wines in sourced from select vineyards from the Bellarine Peninsula and Moorabool Valley near Geelong, Victoria.

Our philosophy on wine and style stems from Darren’s experiences over the last 25 years, tasting, sampling, and drinking wines and visiting regions around the world.

Experience in the retail sector and working as a winemaker in regions including Frankland River, WA, Barossa Valley SA, Chianti Italy and since 2007 in Geelong have all influenced stylistic choices for Bromley.

The most important factor for us is that the fruit/site is allowed to express itself in the wines. Darren’s role is to cajole and steer the wines through their journey to bottle, only assisting when required allowing the vineyard and the qualities of the fruit and vintage to shine through.

Utilisation of indigenous yeasts, natural malolactic fermentation and extended time on skins are all hallmarks of the Bromley style.

TASTING NOTES
Red cherry, fruit compote, poached berries. The wine is rich, earthy and vibrant on the palate delivering ripe cherry, hints of undergrowth and some Asian five spice.

Medium bodied in structure it is incredibly succulent and textural in the mouth delivering a juicy, lush, full impression that lingers thanks to the complex tannins and impeccable cleansing acidity. Super now but will continue to develop beautifully over the next five to six years.
