TASTING NOTES

Made from Pinot Noir grapes. Pale salmon pink in colour. Aromas of peach and strawberry combine with some musk and wet slates notes. Lively peach, blood orange and strawberry fruits have a brisk feel underpinned by crunchy acidity. Stony mineral characters follow with a dash of spice to the refreshing conclusion.

Absolutely bone dry the wine provides a fresh, lively, textural and creamy experience with soft acidity and delicate fine tannins the mouth watering highlight.
