Ari Chardonnay 2018
The warm daytime temperatures and lack of rainfall produced a vintage that allowed our winemakers and viticulturalists to pick fruit at the optimum flavour ripeness. Resulting in aromas of white stone fruits, notably peach & nectarine with a suggestion of fig and spice. Stone fruits persist amid a nougat-like creaminess framed by subtle up-front oak and long, lingering acidity on the palate.

Brilliant Pink with Salmon Hues.
AROMA - Highly aromatic and immediately expressive with classic Sauvignon Blanc Characters of gooseberry and lychee. Yet, the Cabernet Sauvignon still shows some cassis and blackcurrant.
PALATE - Perfectly poised fruit follows through from the aroma - gooseberry and blackcurrant. The palate is dry yet luscious with a cleansing or even mouthwatering acidity.
Ari Shiraz 2018
Deep red with bright purple hues. Aromas of blueberries and blackberries are complimented by spice notes of black pepper, anise and leather. A full-bodied, mouth-watering Shiraz with notes of mulberry and violets and a delicate hint of peppery spice. Finely woven tannins produce a plush mid palate and lingering finish.
Six Brothers Sparkling NV
Pale yellow straw with a lively fine bubble. Crisp granny smith apples, citrus and a lovely intriguing savoury biscuit complexity. The palate has a wild delight of fruits – green apple, lemon and clementine orange. All perfectly poised with crunchy acid, toasted biscuit and a creamy mousse finish.

Deep raspberry hues with a vivid cherry-skin core.
AROMA - Hints of crushed mulberry woven with wild blossom and roasted spices. A dry leaf earthiness intrigues.
PALATE - A wild delight of mulberry, cranberry and raspberry followed by dry herbs such as marjoram, wild thyme. All perfectly poised with crunchy acid, creamy oak and succulent tannins.
