2015 Bromley Alchemy Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Lively straw with greens. The immediate impact of high quality toasted French oak displaying hints of grilled nuts, marzipan and cedar delivers the first of many chapters to this wine. The barest hint of reductive gunsmoke quickly gives way to lifted grapefruit and lemon essence. This wine is all about structure and texture derived from top quality French Oak, lees stirring and significantly, whole berry fermentation on skins. The palate is highly complex delivering layers of sea minerals, citrus pith, celery and earthy cornucopia. Beguiling in its depth the wine displays a creamy rich centre winding up with brilliant cleansing acidity and tannins. Drinking impeccably now the wine will evolve and develop over the next few years.
2016 Bromley Mosaic Pinot Grigio
Startling pale salmon. Lifted, fragrant and immediately intoxicating from the glass.
Incredibly fresh, crisp and vibrant with tantalising tannins and texture which dance around the palate in full party mode! We find the usual suspects of pear, apple and spice but there is a little kicker of guava and exotic fruits whizzing in and out of the conversation. Incredibly moreish and smashable yet has some serious depth and structure for the more urgent member of the group.

2016 Bromley Heathcote Nebbiolo
Vibrant, luminous deep cherry. Incredibly perfumed exhibiting hints of violet, black cherry, spice and anise. As with so many Nebbiolo’s this wine has a slow build. Initially, in the mouth, it tastes of cherry, rose petal, spice and fennel then as the wine is rolled around the mouth the weight and structure evolve declaring some balanced acidity and evident fine savoury tannins. A delight to drink now and into the next 5 years. Lead me to the food!!
2013 Bromley Murray SV Pinot Noir
Held for release until ready. Now 5 years on the wine is blossoming. Red cherry, fruit compote, poached berries. The wine is rich, earthy and vibrant on the palate delivering ripe cherry, hints of undergrowth and some Asian five spice. Medium bodied in structure it is incredibly succulent and textural in the mouth delivering a juicy, lush, full impression that lingers thanks to the complex tannins and impeccable cleansing acidity. Super now but will continue to develop beautifully over the next five to six years.
